Transmission rebuild with shift kit inside. Thecar has been repainted to original color and both bumpers have been re-chromed. All work was done by authentic automotive in Cudahy, WI.

This would be a great car for someone willing to fix the transmission leak.. The power windows and seat work, but the locks don't fully work. The transmission currently leaks and needs to be fixed before driving the car much. It runs well and is very pleasant to drive Power Windows

Reintroduced to electras and other buicks for 1960 were the chrome ventiports first introduced in 1949 and last seen in 1957. Electras featured wider rocker panel bright moldings and the electra script on the front fenders ahead of the wheelhouse. Electra 225s featured a badge that was circled on the deck lid. The electra 225 name was found on the front fenders in place of the electra name. Everything functions great! -red carpet. -power windows. Mechanical -401 cid v8. -tip-toe shift 3-speed. -automatic. -12 volt. Generator. -4 barrel. -power steering and power brakes. -power top. -speed control (early cruise control). -full spare with 5th wheel and hubcap to match.
